Chatified is a multi-channel AI platform that enables businesses to deploy voice and messaging assistants across WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels. Built as a healthcare AI developer tool, it handles production use cases such as patient intake, appointment handling, lead qualification, and CRM automation. The platform combines real-time voice AI integration, structured workflows, and LLM integration services to deliver reliable, auditable conversations rather than experimental chatbots. It supports healthcare and enterprise environments where data control, uptime, and predictable behavior matter.
Role & scope: Founder and lead engineer. Designed the architecture, built the Ruby on Rails API development layer, AI orchestration, billing, and operational tooling. Bootstrapped and operated as a production SaaS development service.
